Trysil Elements is one of the six contracted developments within the Limitless portfolio and plays a key role in the group’s wider strategy. It provides a Nordic destination that operates throughout
the winter and summer seasons, complementing the Mediterranean resorts and strengthening the year-round balance of the platform.
From a sales perspective, Trysil attracts a highly resilient buyer base. Demand comes primarily from Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, with additional interest from Northern Europe and international buyers seeking stable, nature-driven investments. The Nordic market is known for strong purchasing power and a preference for high-quality, low-maintenance resort living, which aligns perfectly with the Limitless model.
Trysil Elements is officially classified as a resort style apartment development, consisting of 80 ski residences, with different size and layout.
